Below you will find the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) that apply when you book an offer with us or conclude a contract with us. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.

Contractual partner

AsvaNara, Authentic Man und Donna Divina werden als Markennamen durch die Ocean of Life Group AG, betrieben. Vertragspartnerin ist jeweils die Ocean of Life Group AG.

Data protection

Data protection and the protection of your privacy are very important to us; mutual support is just as important to us at Ocean of Life. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to the fact that your contact details could also be used for the exchange, mutual help and support before, during and after the respective events for participant and exchange lists.

If we receive your e-mail address in connection with the sale of a product, event or other service and you have not objected to this, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar products from our range by e-mail. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests, in a promotional approach to our customers. You can object to this use of your e-mail address at any time by sending a message to the contact option described in the legal notice or via a link provided for this purpose in the advertising e-mail.

We retain personal data for as long as the data subject gives us their consent, it is necessary for the processing of the corresponding legal relationship and/or it is required by law (e.g. due to retention obligations under tax or commercial law). Thereafter, the personal data will be deleted in the technically best possible and appropriate manner.

Alle Unterlagen (Dokumente, Audio-, Videodateien, PDFs usw.), welche an den Veranstaltungen (Retreats/Camps/Kursen oder der Jahresausbildung) abgegeben oder online zugänglich gemacht werden, unterliegen dem schweizerischen, respektive internationalen Urheberrecht. Dies bedeutet, dass die entsprechenden Unterlagen nur für den privaten persönlichen Gebrauch im und nach dem Kurs verwendet werden dürfen. Die Unterlagen dürfen ohne schriftliche Einwilligung von der Ocean of Life Group AG oder anderer Urheber weder kopiert noch an Dritte weitergegeben werden. Eine kommerzielle Weiterverwendung (auch in Abwandlung der Inhalte) ist gemäß Copyright verboten und kann gerichtlich geahndet werden.

Brand protection

„AsvaNara“ "Authentic Man" und „Donna Divina“ sind als Namen und Logo eingetragene und geschützte Marken. Die Teilnahme an Retreats/Camps/Kursen oder der Jahresausbildung berechtigt Dich nicht, mit der Arbeit von AsvaNara und/oder Authentic Man und/oder Donna Divina zu werben oder sie professionell anzubieten.

Applicable law

Swiss law shall apply, to the exclusion of the conflict of laws provisions of private international law (IPRG).

Place of jurisdiction

Subject to any mandatory statutory provisions to the contrary, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with the contract concluded shall be at the registered office of Ocean of Life Group AG in Balgach, Switzerland. The ordinary courts shall have jurisdiction.

General information

The general terms and conditions described above under "General" also apply to events (retreats/camps/courses/annual training courses). In addition, the following provisions apply:

Principles to be respected

You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate insurance cover (illness, accident, liability, cancellation). We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, especially before booking events.

Participation in our events is voluntary and is at your own risk. You are fully responsible for your actions. It is up to you to decide which events you attend and how you deal with your experiences.

Eine Haftung von Ocean of Life Group AG für Schäden, die Dir als Teilnehmer/in oder Dritten im Zusammenhang mit den AsvaNara, Authentic Man oder Donna Divina Veranstaltungen entstehen könnten, wird – soweit gesetzlich zulässig (z.B. für leichtes Verschulden, Fahrlässigkeit) – ausgeschlossen. So kannst Du Ocean of Life Group AG beispielsweise nicht für Diebstahl oder Verlust von Gegenständen, Verdienstausfall, entgangenen Gewinn, und Reisekosten haftbar machen.

Registration/ Number of participants

For some retreats/camps/courses, prior participation in a previous course is a prerequisite for you to be admitted to the event. You can find more information on this in the respective event announcements.

The number of participants per event is limited in order to guarantee optimal support for the participants. Registrations must be made via the booking system on this website and will be considered in the order in which they are received.

Registration for an event is binding. After submitting their registration, participants will receive a confirmation of participation by e-mail from Ocean of Life - provided that there are still places available in the respective retreat/camp/course or annual training and they meet the requirements for participation - with which the contract is considered concluded and the booking becomes final. This means that the costs for the booked events are due in accordance with the agreed terms of payment (in full, or the first installment in the case of payment by installments).

Costs/ Course fees/ Terms of payment

Upon registration or conclusion of the contract, the participant undertakes to pay the costs for the event (retreat/camp/course costs, annual training costs; hereinafter referred to as "course costs" or "course fees" for the sake of simplicity) in accordance with the agreed terms of payment.

The course costs (amount and currency) are shown during the booking process. As a rule, there is a choice between immediate payment of the entire course fee ("full payment") or payment in installments. In the case of full payment, the entire course fee is due and payable immediately after registration or receipt of the confirmation of participation. If payment in installments has been selected, the corresponding installments are due on the agreed date. Only full payment of the course fee before the start of the respective event (retreat/camp/course) entitles the participant to take part in the booked event or, in the case of installment payments for the annual training, the punctual payment of the respective installments.

Payments must be made on time and in the specified currency in accordance with the payment options offered. If currency conversion costs, other transfer costs or fees are incurred, these shall be borne by the participant. In the case of annual training, late payment of the course fee may result in exclusion from the annual training.

Discounts (such as early booking discount, bring-your-own-discount, special discount, etc.) that you may be able to take advantage of are not cumulative; in this case, please let us know in advance which discount you would like to take advantage of.

Not included in the course fee are the costs for accommodation and meals at the respective seminar locations where the retreats/camps/courses or events of the annual training are held. A separate contract must be concluded directly with the respective seminar center.

Partial or incomplete participation in the retreat/camp/course or the annual training does not entitle the participant to a reduction in the course fee.

Organization of events

Ocean of Life Group AG behält sich Terminverschiebungen, Umbuchungen oder Veranstaltungsabsagen, z.B. aufgrund von Unterbesetzungen, einer Erkrankung der Seminarleitung, sonstigen dringenden Anlässen oder höherer Gewalt, vor.

Bei Absagen von Veranstaltungen durch Ocean of Life werden bereits einbezahlte Kursgelder zurückbezahlt. Wurden mehrere Veranstaltungen (als Paket) gebucht und werden nur einzelne davon abgesagt, so erfolgt die Rückzahlung der Kursgelder anteilmäßig. Es entstehen keine weitergehenden Forderungen gegenüber AsvaNara und/oder Authentic Man und/oder Donna Divina, beziehungsweise der Ocean of Life Group AG.

In the event of postponement or cancellation of an event, any claims for damages or other claims by participants (with the exception of the aforementioned proportional reimbursement of course fees already paid in the event of cancellation), i.e. for example for loss of earnings, loss of profit or travel expenses, are excluded.

Withdrawal/ Cancellation/ Rebooking/ Cancellation/ Exclusion

With your booking you conclude a binding contract with us. Please understand that it is not possible to withdraw from the contract or cancel your registration without incurring costs (see below). The number of participants for most events is limited in order to guarantee optimal support.

We would of course like to welcome you to the events you have booked. However, if you have to cancel your participation for any important reason, please inform us immediately.

Bei Abmeldung bis 30 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn, rechnen wir Dir das ganze Kursgeld an eine andere Veranstaltung von Ocean of Life Group AG an.

If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the booked event, only half of the course fee will be credited to another event.

In the event of non-attendance without prior notice, the full course fee will be charged.

Ocean of Life Group AG behält sich das Recht vor, einen Teilnehmer von Veranstaltungen auszuschließen, falls sich z.B. zeigt, dass die Zusammenarbeit nicht fruchtbar ist. Bei der Jahresausbildung kann auch ein Zahlungsverzug betreffend das Kursgeld den Ausschluss von der Jahresausbildung nach sich ziehen. In Falle eines Ausschlusses werden Dir die bereits bezahlten Kursgelder verhältnismäßig zurückbezahlt (d.h. Gesamtwert der gebuchten und bezahlten Dienste/Kursteile abzüglich bereits erbrachter Dienste/Kursteile). Weitergehende Forderungen gegenüber Ocean of Life Group AG sind ausgeschlossen.

Rebooking is free of charge at any time.

Therapy

Du bist dir bewusst, dass die Aktivitäten in AsvaNara, Authentic Man oder Donna Divina keine medizinische Therapie oder andere Behandlungen jeglicher Art ersetzen kann und keine verschriebene Medizin oder Behandlung eines Arztes, professionellen Therapeuten oder einer zuständige Behörde ersetzen kann. Im Falle von Krankheit oder schweren Symptomen, bitte kontaktiere einen Facharzt, der rechtlich befugt ist, um eine professionelle Diagnose und Behandlung durch autorisierte Fachleute zu geben.

Photos & Videos

Als Teilnehmer/in an einer Veranstaltung von AsvaNara und/oder Authentic Man und/oder Donna Divina bist du damit einverstanden, dass die visuellen oder fotografischen Bilder, die während des Kurses gemacht werden könnten, von der Firma Ocean of Life Group AG zu Werbezwecken verwendet werden dürfen, zu Werbung und Produktion von Bücher und Videos die dem Verkauf unterliegen eingesetzt werden können, und somit berechtigt du ausdrücklich, diese Bilder für diese Zwecke zu veröffentlichen und dies völlig kostenlos.
